All designs and materials produced by Indo Gulf remain our property unless otherwise agreed upon.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under conditions specified in the contract.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, legal arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
